DÉTAILS

Premium Electronics
The Élégante's electronics has been designed to give you the best balance and the reliability that will last for years. Almost infinite customisable options are possible, as with all our instruments.
We have made the choice to use a 4-way switch to be able to use an extra position in having both pickups in series. The sound it makes is a more powerful and dynamic one. We only use premium parts such as CTS potentiometers, US CTS or OAK switches and Orange Drop capacitors. Nothing is left to chance.
All our instruments use a treble bleed to allow you to get the most of the volume knob range without loosing the trebles in your sound.
Configurable saddles
We have chosen to keep the famous brass bridge saddles whch give this recognisable sound while allowing for a minute and precise set-up to improve the guitar's playability and comfort.
A modern touch with no compromise on the sound.

String Through
On the original model, the strings are loaded on top of the bridge without passing through the body.
Marceau Guitars wanted to improve on the original and has allowed to mount the string through the body thus increasing the resonance of the strings.
In a nutshell, a better sound with more sustain.
