The Agréable is a bass on the shorter side thanks to its smaller 30" scale as opposed to the regular 34" scale. However we've taken great care in maintaning a perfect balance of the instrument which will also work in 5 or 6 strings.
It's up to you to choose all the details and the electronics of your Agréable to fit what you like in a bass. Everything is possible.

DÉTAILS
Laminated Neck-through guitar
On the Agréable, the neck goes from the headstock to the bottom of the body. Made of one piece, the vibrations of the strings run along the whole instrument with no obstacle. Futhermore, the sculpted heel allows for an unprecedented access to the upper frets!
Magnetic hatch
The cavity that dissimulates the electronics at the back of the instruments is hidden by a hatch. Usually, these hatches are made of plastic and are screwed through the body. At Marceau Guitars, they are directly carved in the body and are magnetically sealed. You can open and close them in a second! So handy when you need to change the battery of your in-board preamp.
ZERO FRET AND ULTRA-LIGHT TUNING MACHINES
This Custom model comes equipped not only with the Zero Fret which ensures a precise sound for all notes but also with ultra-light tuning pegs which help maintaining the perfect balance of the instrument!
